This past Saturday PARK (Promoting Artists Redefining Kulture) hosted one of the most exciting Fashion events held in the city, the PARKSHOW SPRING 2012. The PARK team is definitely one to be adored, they put on an incredible Art and Fashion show featuring extremely talented artists, including twelve local designers and several artists. I am so thrilled to share some of the highlights with you, including a few of the amazing local designers that caught my attention.
Two lovely ladies from the PARK team and myself, such a great event!!!!!

Wonderful ladies from FASHIONSIGN Magazine
Andi is truly a creative handbag designer, crafting bags from reclaimed leather jackets. She featured her new releases including edgy and Bohemia-inspired handbags. I enjoyed so many of her pieces from her horse-print bag to many of the over-the-shoulder bags. So unique!
This designer featured a funky fur vest, mixed patterns and prints, and lots of brown fall colored palates. These pieces are so inspirational featuring the variety of ways to pair different pieces!
Kara’s line featured so much style! I loved her mixed prints with the lace flare. She included a variety of Global prints, electric blue, uneven hemlines and different pleats. I also loved the 50′s touch to her designs!
Not only is Rebecca herself a sweetheart, she also has incredible creative designs that I would wear daily. She featured a desirable blazer, adorable outer-wear with details such as leather-trimmings, high-waisted jeans featuring fur suspenders, a sleek black pantsuit and an adorable lace dress.
Aleem featured leather jackets to be desired and he adds so much detail to his designs, how can anyone resist?! From his studded handbags, asymmetrical hemlines and leather arms on the outerwear. I will never forget about his unique blazers featuring links from side to side, offering a classy and vintage ensemble. I need to get my hands on those leather pants!
