Located in Inglewood, Dragon Pearl has been a long-time favorite for my hubby and I. If you are looking for authentic Chinese specifically Szechuan and Mandarin style, then Dragon Pearl is definitely your dining choice. We absolutely adore their signature homemade pan-fried dumplings, stir-fried noodles with satay beef , and the beef tendon noodle soup (off the menu).
