My YYC Food Truck Crawl: Holy Crepe

The city is overflowing with a Food Truck craze, currently 20 Food Trucks roaming our city with absolutely delicious delights of all varieties. To celebrate YYC Food Truck’s existence, over the next four weeks I will be documenting my favorite food truck experiences locally, calling this adventure My YYC Food Truck Crawl. My first Food Truck stop on this Crawl is Holy Crepe. Looking for a variety of sweet or savory selections, Holy Crepe is the perfect option. Not only is the crepe made perfectly tender, their signature chipotle aioli sauce is out of this world! I enjoyed the Holy Smokes Original made with Montreal Smoked beef, chipotle aioli, sautéed mushrooms, onions, peppers and aged cheddar. A definite recommendation!
