My YYC Food Truck Crawl: Steakout Truck

Week #2 of My YYC Food Truck Crawl adventures, and I had the most yummy experience at the Steakout Truck. Located in the bustling parking lot of MEC, the Steakout Truck serves their signature Prime Rib Sandwich, which is absolutely delicious. I added a touch of Horseradish and HP Sauce, and savored every bite! One of my favorite things about Steakout Truck is that they use local Prime Rib which is served on a fresh toasted italian ciabatta. This is definitely a truck to be hunted down by foodies like you and I!
