My YYC Food Truck Crawl: The Noodle Bus

Guess what everyone?! We are in Week 3 of the YYC Food Truck Crawl!! This week I want to share with you my experience at The Noodle Bus Food Truck. I enjoyed their savory Beef Satay Pho Noodle Soup, which has the perfect spice combination with the rich and authentic Vietnamese soup base that makes for a delicious Pho.
