My YYC Food Truck Crawl: The Naaco Truck

Guess what friends! We are officially on week #4 of our YYC Food Truck Crawl! What a delightful experience this has been, on adventures to hunt down the next truck on our list and discovering new ones along the way. The comical part about this particular week’s food truck experience is that I tweeted and sought out a different truck that we were looking to taste. When I located the hunted food truck down at Olympic Plaza, to my surprise I discovered the most irresistible menu at The Naaco Truck and changed course! I love The Naaco Truck’s eco-friendly concept linked in with the fusion Indian food on their menu. We enjoyed the flavorful and spicy Goan (Beef Vindaloo) which combines incredible flavors of carrot, cucumber, red onion and cilantro lemon dressing. More for me please!
