Hi you guys!!! What a whirlwind life has been lately. My hubs and I were away last weekend for our babymoon getaway, I can’t wait to share more details with you on that next week. Between prepping for baby’s arrival and keeping up with life’s daily demands, I feel like I have had very little time to spare. Don’t we all?! My objective now as we’ve progressed into the third trimester of pregnancy is to get as much rest as possible. Rest for me doesn’t necessarily mean sleeping. Rest for me has looked like relaxing with a book, catching up on my favorite Netflix shows, or even spending time on Pinterest for inspiration. It’s not always easy to be still and quiet, yet I am starting to appreciate this time to reflect and allow my mind to rest. This has been especially true for me as this pregnancy continues to progress along.
Now on to this outfit I thought I’d share with you guys! As I’m gradually transitioning my outfits into spring, I’m still stuck on some of my favorite knit sweaters. This is an outfit I wore to church a few weeks ago. Given my baby bump has outgrown almost all of my lighter spring coats, I’ve been wearing my thicker knit sweaters a little longer into spring season than I normally do. I get asked by so many gals on where I got this knit sweater from. I’ve even been stopped by women on the streets asking me who knit this sweater for me and the story behind it. Although I wish I had a unique story to share for this piece, it’s as simple as I bought this cute sweater from an online boutique here! The neat thing is, it comes in 3 fun colors and it’s on sale as we speak! Definitely check out the other shades. Even though it’s spring, this sweater is so adorable to throw over a t-shirt and a pair of jeans. As the weather continues to transition into spring here in Seattle, I plan to wear this sweater with cut-off jeans and slip-on mules. Let’s just hope I can continue fitting this bump into it!
Friends, hope you have a wonderful day and thank you so much for reading. Xo!
